Government Ordinance no. 109/2011

Paulopol law team was invited by the Ministry of Public Finances, together with a group of international experts, to contribute to the preparation of methodological norms for the enforcement of Emergency Government Ordinance no. 109/2011 regarding the corporate governance of public enterprises. Our vast experience in the field of corporate governance, commercial law and emerging market mechanisms determined the Romanian authorities to choose us as experts taking part in the work group focusing on preparing the normative acts that can ensure implementation of international principles relevant for state-owned companies.
