The Paulopol Attorneys & Counsels team is actively involved in complex public procurement projects, providing both advice for participation in the procurement process and assistance in the litigation stage.
Recently, our lawyers team has definitely won a public procurement project estimated at 28.5 million lei (about 6 million euros).
The project, aimed at repairing and covering roads, as well as the construction of rainwater sewers, was finally won by the consortium of companies represented by the Paulopol Attorneys & Counselor team, as result of the decision of Appeal Court from Craiova.
The Paulopol Attorneys & Counselors team of lawyers, coordinated by Dan Paulopol-Necula (Founder and Managing Partner), had won all the process stages of the appeal procedure.
